GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT
Our ELEVATE Program has been designed to accelerate your development and success.
It consists of a two-year core program, which focuses on building core consulting skills. You will take part in a set of workshops with your peers from across Australia and New Zealand, culminating in an in-person two-day workshop in Adelaide. You will have a development plan, and the support of a mentor to work with you.
The advanced third year goes beyond what is typically offered to Graduates, with a focus on client relationship management, project management, and leadership. It aims to set you up with the foundations for the next step in your career.

We keep our application process simple so that you have a positive interaction from the first time you talk to us until, hopefully, you get a job with us.
1. Online Application

2. In-Person Interview
If you are successful in the CV screening, you will be invited for an interview with the relevant Team Leader and People and Culture Business Partner.
3. Second Interview & Meet the Team
Making it to this stage we want you to experience the culture and understand who you might be working with. This will involve a meet and greet with the Team Manager and Regional Manager.
4. Job Offer
We will issue you a letter of offer and information on the benefits on offer to review prior to you making your final decision.
