
WGA is providing structural and civil engineering services for a new 11-storey apartment complex in Melbourne which will include 275 apartments, ground floor retail tenancies with a gym, courtyard and rooftop garden spaces for residents and 3 levels of basement car parking.
The structure consists of framed concrete construction with post-tensioned flat plate apartment slabs, banded reinforced concrete basement slabs, and reinforced concrete cores.
Also included is an upgrade of the nearby pedestrian underpass, providing a new lift and stairs.
