The 2019 Future Footprints Career Expo was recently held in Perth and attended by Brenton Clark and Connie Salinas. The Future Footprints program is an initiative of the Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are attending boarding schools in metropolitan Perth. The objective of the Career Expo is to give students advice in planning for future job prospects and encourage them to consider post-secondary training and employment at a young age through partnerships with industry, business, government, tertiary and training institutions. More than 200 regional and remote indigenous students from across WA attended the expo.
