WGA delegates Luke Campbell, David McKay, Nick Deussen, Ben McFarlane and Ian McRobbie presented technical papers at last week’s annual Coasts and Ports Conference held in Hobart. The Australasian Coasts & Ports Conference series is the pre-eminent forum in the region for professionals to meet and discuss multi-disciplinary issues related to coasts and ports. Topics presented by WGA personnel referenced our experience on the new Onslow Marine Support Base, Port Stanvac Jetty Demolition, the Reconstruction of Port Hedland Berth 3, studies relating to a new lock bound port in Derby (northern WA), and the Rottnest Island Army Jetty.
