Stretching Sessions in the Office

Sitting for prolonged periods of time has been shown to have a long-term negative effect on our health. This is concerning when on average we spend nine of our 14 waking hours in an office chair, in the car or on the couch. To combat this, WGA has been holding weekly stretching sessions across all of our offices. Stretching promotes increased circulation, improves posture, boosts energy, reduces stress and can improve overall productivity and wellbeing. It’s a great initiative placing a focus on staff wellbeing across the company as well as being a bit of fun.
