We’re excited to welcome Lucie Missen to our team! Lucie is a well-known identity in the Victorian Geotechnical sector and her appointment as Group Geotechnical Lead marks the start of our Geotechnical team in Melbourne.

With 25 years experience, Lucie is recognised for her knowledge in geotechnical engineering and expertise in taking projects from selection and business case, through to construction (as well as for growing great geotechnical teams!)

Lucie has been involved in some of Australia’s most complex and iconic infrastructure and resources projects including the City Link’s Bolte Bridge and ‘The Cheese Stick’, and twice involved over a 20 year period, in the Melbourne Metro and the abutments of the Whitten Bridge. She also has experienced a diverse range of projects overseas.

Outside of work, Lucie enjoys outdoor sport with her family including snowboarding, bike riding and ocean swimming.

The experience and personality brought by Lucie is a great addition to the wider WGA team and we’re excited to have her on board.
