Our Melbourne team recently completed the tender design for a residential development at Dunlop Avenue in Ascot Vale, 6km from the Melbourne CBD.
The redevelopment is part of the Victorian State government’s stimulus package and is replacing existing social housing with new modern, accessible, safe and energy-efficient housing. It includes 200 new dwellings over 6 buildings, varying from 3 to 4 levels in height with basement car and bicycle parking. The dwellings will comprise a mix of social and affordable housing.
