Spreading some sunshine in healthcare

The new Sunshine Private Hospital, currently under construction will meet the demand from booming population growth and the high numbers of privately insured residents in the region. 

Due for completion in late 2022, the new facility will include 30 medical/surgical beds, 4 theatres, 1 endoscopy suite, a Day of Surgery Unit and both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities.

This new hospital whilst providing for a broad range of surgical procedures will also provide a much-needed focus on the treatment of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorders as well as providing extra medical support to the elderly population in Melbourne’s growing West.
