In 2022, WGA welcomed Kathryn Keen as Group Administration Manager, bringing over 20 years of exceptional administration and leadership experience. 

With the gift of musicality at her fingertips, Kathryn's career began as a violinist. But her unwavering passion for supporting people, first as an administrator and later as a leader took centre stage, transforming teams and unleashing untapped potential.

Managing teams across global, fast-paced workplaces, Kathryn's extensive expertise has traversed borders. The United Kingdom served as her home base for two decades, offering her invaluable opportunities to work across Asia Pacific, the United States, the Middle East, and Europe for Foster + Partners, a global architecture, engineering, urban and landscape design studio. Kathryn has gained noteworthy accomplishments throughout her career, including a prestigious Full Spectrum Leadership Award at Lockheed Martin Australia & New Zealand in 2021.
