Coopers Gap Wind Farm

WGA was engaged by CATCON to undertake the design and documentation of the windfarm infrastructure for the Coopers Gap Wind Farm. Our initial involvement commenced in 2016 when we were engaged to assist with the feasibility and planning stages and complete the preliminary tender design.

The project will generate in excess of 453MW of power and consist of 123 Wind Turbine Generators connected into the National Electricity Market. The wind farm is located in Cooranga North, approximately 40km west-south-west of Kingaroy.
