Having demonstrated his project and study management over several years, Conrad performs best when coaching and developing a collaborative environment where the service provider and owners’ team can challenge and drive innovative solutions.
For the past 8 years, Conrad has been a contract member of the BHP team, having undertaken roles and scopes of work within various departments, including Directional Studies, Geoscience and Resource Engineering, and most recently Asset Projects. Skills developed as a part of these teams include opportunity framing, framing and scoping of key questions to address, value driven analysis of options, and convergence to a preferred solution.
Conrad’s attributes include strong people and leadership skills, a high attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative methodology. Having completed an MBA and with the experienced gained with over 18 years’ in the mining industry, Conrad has the ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, undertake business analysis, commercial decisions, and project activities with confidence, offering a different insight to, and key areas to concentrate on for success.
