Felicity joined WGA in 2021 as Chief People Officer, bringing with her a 20-year global portfolio spanning oil and gas, defence, financial services, agribusiness, education, retail, and manufacturing.
Studying science at university, she quickly realised that people and psychology were far more interesting than pipettes, leading to her career of choice. She worked in Italy and the UK and studied HR in the United States. She is currently studying for an MBA.
Driven with a strategic and practical mindset, Felicity leads the People and Culture function responsible for WGA’s organisational strategy, talent and resource management, leadership development, and workforce performance.
Felicity is passionate about inclusion, is fascinated by the future of work and believes ‘soft skills are actually the hardest skills. She thinks a great workplace should provide opportunities to learn and collaborate and make you feel fulfilled, inspired, and valued.
