Kathryn Keen Group Administration Manager

Kathryn Keen is a people and organisational manager extraordinaire.
Beginning her career in the UK, she stumbled upon the architecture and engineering industry as a project secretary, supporting a team of architects designing and building the McLaren Technology Centre’s headquarters. Kathryn grew to love the challenges and opportunities of the sector, and progressed to Head of Administration with a global team across eight countries.
In early 2020 (great timing), Kathryn moved to South Australia. She spent two years with Lockheed Martin Australia, gaining valuable experience in the defence industry, before joining WGA as Group Administration Manager in SA. Kathryn is particularly passionate about supporting the company’s people-focused initiatives such as the Women of WGA Committee and Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, as well as mentoring and supporting people and WGA as a whole to be their best.
Kathryn’s hidden talent is music. She studied the violin at music college and once sang in the Royal Hospital Chelsea’s chapel choir, with Margaret Thatcher in attendance!
