Peter Petrov has a passion for solving complex structural engineering problems, and his work for WGA has taken him to major industrial and construction sites across South Australia. He is most content when solving complex engineering problems. No doubt his childhood Lego constructions would have been something to behold.
Career highlights with WGA so far have included projects with the Whyalla Steelworks; replacement of the Clark Shaft ore transfer bin at Olympic Dam; and temporary works for the bridges on the six lane, 15.5km Northern Connector that brought together Adelaide’s north and south Expressways.
Peter is a Chartered Professional Engineer and Member of the National Engineering Register and the Institution of Engineers Australia. His life wisdom: “When one door is closed, another opens. Otherwise, the car is in good condition.”
