Rodger has over 30 years experience in the heavy manufacturing, engineering, crane and transport industries. His wealth of experience includes over 20 years within the heavy manufacturing and engineering industry covering a range of fields and skills such as mining, energy, construction, utilities, maintenance and managing logistics of complex projects.
Following on from his manufacturing role, Rodger took the opportunity to change his career landscape and focus on the crane and transport industry. Reporting to the company Directors, he was responsible for managing and developing the growth of one of South Australia’s largest crane companies. Rodger then progressed to the role of business development manager, managing the company’s most valued clients and stakeholders.
Throughout his career Rodger has fostered a specialised capability in large-scale project management, key relationship and business development. His approach delivers business growth through exceptional client service and his commitment to developing personnel.
Within the broader community Rodger has served on many boards and community associations, and is currently chairman of the Crane Industry Council Of Australia – SA Branch, as well as a committee member of NDMA (Northern District & Motorsport Association). As one of the initial founders of NDMA he continues to support the club, enjoying the opportunity to actively participate in regional community service and social events. Rodger is an advocate for being involved in the local community,and is both a member and a volunteer for many community and sporting groups.
