WGA recently launched our inaugural leadership development program with 24 of our senior staff attending the first module in early May. At WGA we recognise that our people are our most important asset and investing in their professional development is fundamental to achieving our company vision. Five modules will be held over six months, with teams working on projects that are critical to our ongoing success.
