We recently began the documentation phase of the Andermel Kangaroo Island Tourist Accommodation Project. The project includes shop and restaurant extensions, 65 glamping ‘bubble tents’, 80 independent accommodation suites, a 3000sqm cultural museum and an owner’s private residence. It’s great to see our client is going strong into redeveloping this bushfire affected area despite the heavily impacted tourism industry.
Our structural engineer, Clement Ao, visited site a few weeks ago and took some heartening photos along the highway of the trees beginning to regrow in this area. We’re excited to see this project continue to progress and look forward to visiting KI to support the local industry when it’s safe to do so.
