WGA among Australia’s top graduate employers

The Career Development Program: Elevate continues to deliver success, earning WGA a place among top graduate employers in the country.

Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), the leading body for graduate recruitment and development, recently announced their best employer picks.

The ‘Top Graduate Employers’ is a ranking system determined by survey responses collected from over 4000 graduates working in 220 organisations across Australia who have completed one year of employment. It ranks employers that offer the most positive experiences for new graduates, according to survey participants, serving as an excellent guide for new graduates entering the workforce.

WGA placed 16th in the Top 25 Graduate Employers – Small Program category (intake of less than 20 graduates). A true compliment to the success of our Graduate Development Program – Elevate.

The survey is conducted annually and collects feedback on 30 categories, including induction, training, quality of work, career progression, manager, compensation, work/life balance and company culture.
