At WGA we take a stand and drive action to make a difference when addressing gender equality. The Women of WGA (WoW) initiative empowers our female staff through safe spaces, open discussions and shared experiences.
The WoW Working Group made up of both male and females, is a dedicated group of individuals that lead our WoW groups across the country. Their commitment is to foster gender equality and empower women to thrive in and outside of their career with the support of WGA. So, we asked some of the WoW Committee why they are part of the initiative and how they choose to contribute to WGA’s gender equality. |
