A proven leader and mentor, Damian thrives in collaborative environments to manage complex commercial arrangements with joint venture partners, consultants, landowners, key suppliers and subcontractors. With a solid and broad understanding of the competing interests of business, legal and financial considerations within projects, business operations and client organisations, he is well placed to assist in taking WGA to the next level.
