Jamie Scarrabelotti has more than 15 years of experience in organisational development and learning roles across medium to large workplaces. He enjoys the challenge of helping people achieve their goals, while also improving outcomes for business and clients.
A formative early career experience for Jamie was working on large organisational culture change initiatives. This developed his ability to lead a group through the process of identifying and shifting factors that influence individual behaviours and group norms; something he’s currently pursuing further with Psychology studies.
While working for an organisation with a dispersed workforce across multiple countries, Jamie developed skills in designing virtual blended learning experiences. He’s excited about the future of this area as access to information and virtual communication methods become increasingly sophisticated.
Jamie is accredited in the Human Synergistics suite of assessments, DiSC, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and a range of other assessment tools. He has a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Management and Professional Studies.
