Frances Clancy is a Principal Project Manager with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia. She began her career as a graduate on the Royal Children’s Hospital development before progressing to lead several high-profile, award‑winning, and skyline‑defining projects.
With a strong foundation in Architecture, Frances transitioned into Design Management, enabling her to contribute across both pre‑construction and design phases. Her portfolio includes luxury hospitality and retail developments such as the Crown Casino redevelopments and Chadstone Shopping Centre, as well as major commercial projects including the Victoria Police Headquarters and CSL Headquarters.
This breadth of experience has strengthened her commercial acumen, equipping her to confidently guide projects from feasibility and design through to master planning and delivery. She brings deep expertise across the entire project lifecycle and is recognised for her ability to lead high‑performing teams and influence outcomes in a highly competitive industry.
Based in Melbourne, Frances leads the growth of WGA’s Buildings Market across Victoria and Tasmania. She plays a pivotal role in client engagement, market expansion, and unlocking new opportunities across the VIC/TAS region.
